Day 13 : Zespri® Kiwifruit Sauce

Hi there! Seronok cuti 3 hari ni? I ni rasa serupa tak cuti. Kesihatan semakin baik walaupun tak la betul-betul baik lagi. Tak seronok betul cuti kali nie.

Hmmm, balik rumah pun dah terasa penat. To chase this Tuesday blues away, I decided to prepare Zespri® Kiwifruit Sauce untuk dimakan dengan vanilla ice cream. It’s easy to prepare. Yummy!


10 Zespri® SunGold Kiwifruit, peeled, finely diced
1 cup white sugar
2 tsp lemon juice with a bit of lemon zest

1. Simmer all ingredients for about an hour (or less, keep your eye on it!)
2. Pour the sauce into empty bottle and keep it in the refrigerator.
