Day 12 : Yoghurt Muffin with Zespri® SunGold

Selamat Hari Malaysia! Meriah betul sambutan Hari Malaysia di Sarawak. Kat sini biasa-biasa je. Ada pelbagai acara menarik kat Seremban tapi I tak dapat nak jenguk sebab nak kembali ke KL.

I'm not a big fan of muffin tapi hari ni I nak share resipi muffin yang menggunakan Zespri® SunGold. Give it a try!

YOGHURT MUFFIN WITH ZESPRI® SUNGOLD



Ingredients:
2 Zespri® SunGold Kiwifruit, peeled and diced
220g plain flour, sifted
2 ½ teaspoons baking powder
½ cup caster sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 egg
¾ cup vegetable oil
¾ cup plain yoghurt

Directions:
 1. Preheat oven to 180C
2. Mix together flour, baking powder, caster sugar and salt.
3. In separate bowl, mix together egg, oil and yoghurt. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and add Zespri® SunGold Kiwifruit. Mix lightly.


4. Line muffin tin with baking paper and add mixture.
5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until they turn golden brown .
