Top 5 chores that burn fat fast

Ramai yang dah mula menitikberatkan soal kesihatan badan tetapi tak ramai yang tak sempat meluangkan masa selama 30 minit utk bersenam 3 kali seminggu. Tak sempat bersenam di waktu pagi atau petang? Jom rajinkan diri buat perkara di bawah.

Cleaning. Unless you can afford help, you need to clean your home at least once a week. Mopping the floors, dusting or scrubbing the bathtub trying to get rid of that rust stain from the shaving gel will make you burn around 200 calories for 30 minutes.
My comment: Yes, once a week. Takkan nak buat scrubbing tiap-tiap malam. Hehehe...

Painting. People paint not very often, but they do paint. And it is a lot of work. You need to use your arms, climb up and down the step ladder and move things around. You could burn more that 200 calories for half an hour doing this chore. And as a confirmation - next day you probably will be sore.
My comment: Oh, God. I love painting. Tapi boleh buat time nak raya je. Hehe, papa... jom cat rumah!

Washing your car by hand. That's right. You will save few dollars from going to the local auto spa, where they not always do good job unless you tip them in advance. Washing your car by hand involves some bending and stretching to reach for certain spots under the bumper. The good news is that it burn about 300 calories!
My comment: Dear hubby, daripada you bayar RM8-15 kepada kedai tu, baik you basuh kereta kat depan rumah. Jom la, I tolong basuh tayar. Kita buat hujung minggu nie.

Gardening. There is always something that needs to be done outside - plant new flowers, pull the bushes that are taking over your yard or prepare the soil for your tomato seeds. Gardening is labor intensive and you can easily burn 150 calories for 30 minutes.
My comment: Anak tuan tanah dah tolong I potong rumput depan rumah. Ish, mmg hajat nak cabut pakai tangan je. Tapi dia dah tolong pulak. Lain kali kena kata kat dia, tak payah potongkan. Tolong clear kan belakang rumah, cukuplah

Grocery shopping. Pushing heavy cart in the grocery store. Grocery shopping is not such a bad activity - while looking for the items on your grocery list, you usually don't realize that you are burning calories! You can burn about 100 of them for half an hour and if you kid or kids are in the cart and you need to push it - even more!
My comment: Ni mcm tak boleh je. I jarang shopping sampai penuh satu trolley.

Cuma mungkin masa yang diperlukan lebih lama sedikit la kot. But still, you manage to finish your house chores and at the same time, burn calories!

Bila tau fakta menarik mcm nie, terus rasa rajin nak buat kerja rumah. Kalau la boleh buat "cleaning" tu tiap-tiap hari, kan bagus.
